Terms of Service
By initializing a connection with Badger Auto Sell or deploying our automation tools, you agree to the following operational framework.
1. Acceptance of Services
Services are provided "as-engineered" for your specific marketplace needs. Any deployment of BAS systems signifies that you have reviewed the technical requirements and project scope.
2. Intellectual Property
All custom automation scripts, VR presentation logic, and digital workflows developed by BAS remain the intellectual property of Badger Auto Sell unless a full IP transfer is specified in your service contract.
3. Operational Responsibility
While BAS engineers systems for maximum efficiency, the user remains responsible for:
- Maintaining valid credentials for marketplace platforms.
- Adhering to third-party platform (Amazon, eBay, etc.) terms of service.
- Reviewing automated reports for business-level decision making.
4. Service Limitations
BAS is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party marketplace API updates, hardware failures at the user's HQ, or unauthorized modifications to our core scripts by the user.
5. Governing Law
This operational framework is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Branson, MO.
