Refund Policy
At Badger Auto Sell, we provide high-precision engineering and consulting services. Because our work involves custom configurations and intellectual labor, our refund policy is built on the principle of transparency.
1. Service Initiation
Once a project moves into the active phase (post-consultation), resources are committed immediately. Therefore:
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has commenced.
- Setup fees for Marketplace Automation are non-refundable after the technical audit is completed.
2. Subscription & Retainers
For ongoing monthly services (Analytics, Monitoring, Support):
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Refunds for the current billing cycle are not provided, but services will remain active until the end of the period.
Note: In cases of technical failure on our part that prevents the system from functioning as agreed in the service contract, a pro-rated refund may be issued following a technical review.
3. Refund Requests
To initiate a review, please transmit a formal request to our billing department at info@badgerautosell.com. Requests must include your project ID and a detailed description of the discrepancy.
